Summary
I am a graduate of the Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design in Denver, CO with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Illustration. I have studied story boarding and digital arts at the Gnomon School of Visual effects in Hollywood. As an illustrator, my experience has been with acrylic painting, drawing, and pen and ink as a medium. I have digital art skills with Illustrator and Photoshop. My passion is for storyboards and comic book style illustrations.
Currently I have been working as a freelance illustrator specializing in design for t-shirts and cd covers. I have been taking on storyboard projects for students and pitch boards for advertising agencies in LA. I am currently taking classes at The Society of Illustrators LA with Peter Paul for storyboarding animated television. I have worked on many fine art projects for interior designers and I also have experience with mural painting.
My communication skills have been enhanced through all of my positions. I have held many position in sales and management of retail, corporate and wholesale companies art and business related. I communicate concepts quickly and clearly. I am confident these skills will be an asset to any project.
